Be the voice that someone needs on their hardest day. Your presence can save a life.
If you want to do something that genuinely matters, this is it.
As a volunteer with the suicide prevention centres under BI, you become the person someone reaches out to on their hardest day. You don't need to have all the answers. What makes the real difference is being present, listening with empathy, and reminding someone that they are not alone.
By joining us, you become part of a pan-India network of committed volunteers who believe that mental health conversations should be open, human, and stigma-free. We train you, support you, and walk with you every step of the way.
You are never expected to "fix" anyone—your role is to listen, support, and help someone feel safer in the moment.
